The staff made my birthday nice. The housekeeping team decorated my room with balloons and prosecco. Every staff member was friendly and professional! I found their attention to detail excellent. The hotel's central location made exploring easy. Everything was within walking distance, and I didn't need transportation.

really charmed by my stay
convenient location friendly staff
i found the location quite convenient. i walked to many attractions (it was about 20 minutes to the old town). the staff was really friendly and helpful during check-in.
the hotel didn't provide hair conditioner. few towels were available. i also noticed that the clothes dryer required a long time to dry just a few items.

I found the location convenient and within walking distance of key attractions. The hotel room had a washing machine and dryer. This. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette for preparing meals. The staff were friendly and helpful.
I noticed the paintwork was a bit rough in certain spots upon arrival. This was a minor detail, but more attention to detail would be helpful.

good location helpful staff handy kitchenette dirty spoon no conditioner shampoo amount
the location was good. it was very easy to reach all points of interest. staff were helpful, i appreciated that. the room was comfy, i rested well and the kitchenette was a bonus because i could prepare my own meals.
the first spoon i grabbed from the drawer had something hard and brown on it. it looked like some dried up peanut butter. there wasn't any conditioner provided in the shower. also there was only enough shampoo for three hair washes.
